  1. How do I complete my CFM exam application?

Each CFM candidate must create their application for the CFM within his/her CAMP record.  Each member should be aware of his/her ifma.org login – it’s the same for the IFMA membership site and for www.ifma.org/my-account/camp, the CAMP: Credential Application/Maintenance Program website.

  1. I’d like to complete my CFM application, but what if I don’t have an IFMA login, or if I’m having trouble logging in?

Many non-IFMA members have IFMA records from conferences and events, so login is the same as for members.  If applicants have never had any participation with IFMA HQ activities, they can create a login account, using the email address, on file with IFMA, as the UN.

If a candidate has had any IFMA activity, even if not a member, they should have an account and should not try to create a new account. If the candidates do not know which email is on file with IFMA, they can call the Member Services Department at 713-623-4362and a representative will assist them  (let the representative know you need to log into CAMP).

Once in CAMP, you will need to update their personal information and then should be able to see the CFM Exam application*, under Applications and Forms.  The application should be completed and submitted and then the payment form should be completed and submitted.

* Applicants should save their work in the application frequently.  It will be lost if the program times out and they have not saved their work.

Once the application and payment have been submitted, review takes about 2 weeks.  The approved candidate will receive an email with instructions and an ID number that is used for registering for the exam.IFMA is currently working on a first time user guide and will share that once it is complete.
